841010 Crimping Pliers

Economy crimp tool for bootlace ferrules. Covers ferrules sizes of 0.25, through 2.5mm (ferrule sizes indicate applicable wire cross sectional area).
Suitable for low volume work. We recommend testing crimps for retention after crimping as this tool does not provide a ratchet controlled crimp force mechanism. Always select the correct sized ferrule to ensure correct wire / ferrule contact after crimping.
Crimped shape is trapezoid with grip ribs on one surface. Smaller ferrules may tend to one flat and one round face. Photo of ferrule shows crimped 0.25mm ferrule with grip ribs.
