HF6 

Older Japanese Transceivers use a 6 pole DC connector, with 4 poles populated for the DC 13.8v supply connection.  The HF6 is the cable end plug to connect with the transceiver DC supply input socket

The connector (manufactured by JST of Japan) is now discontinued and copies have appeard on common international sales sites.  Unfortunately, it has been found that the connectors ( especially the contacts ) are of poor tolerance and seveal instance of  connectors melting have been reported.

We have been able to source a supply of some of the last genuine JST stock of the housings and contacts.   So the connectors we offer here are of true JST supply.

Note: The HF6 connector is supplied as 1 x  housing and  4 x female contacts.  Some rigs utilised the remaining 2 connections for an optional remote power on for the external power supply.  We can supply extra contacts if required - please ask!
