The sharp tip provides for good visibility and access to closely spaced component leads. 

Note: These are light duty nippers and should only be used on soft wire / component leads up to a maximum 1mm dia.

Nippers are in in the popular "Plato model 170" style.  Handle colour / branding may vary depending on availability of product.
