Oscillator based on 555 timer IC.

4 ranges ( jumper selectable ) covers approximately 1Hz through 200kHz. Freq adjustment made with 10 turn pot.

Duty cycle is adjustable, via ten turn pot: ~50% to ~20%.  Adjusting duty cycle will also cause a frequency shift.

Supply voltage between 5 and 15v DC
